Sign in to Kindertap: the app for nurseries and kindergarten

If you have the new Electronic Identity Card, hereinafter CIE, you can use it to access the online services of the Public Administration.
To access you need the relevant PIN and PUK codes: the first part of the two codes is in the receipt of the CIE request, the second part is delivered together with the CIE. Visit the website https://www.cartaidentita.interno.gov.it/identificazione-digitale/entra-con-cie where you can find the software, documentation, videos and tutorials.

Access mode:

• "PC" - to access from a PC you need a tool to read your CIE. you can use:
  • an RFID reader, typically connected via a USB interface, and having previously installed and configured the Software CIE made available by the Ministry of the Interior (go to the website https://www.cartaidentita.interno.gov.it/identificazione-digitale/software-cie);
  • a smartphone or tablet, with an Android 6.0 or higher or iOS 13 or higher operating system, equipped with an NFC interface (see technical details). In this case, you must install the APP CieID of the Ministry of the Interior on the smartphone/tablet, that can be found in the device's app store;
• "Smartphone or tablet" - access the service via a smartphone / tablet and use its NFC interface to read the CIE, via the CieID App. In this case the requirements of the smartphone/tablet are the same as indicated above.

After installing and configuring the computer software or the APP, press the "Enter with CIE" button at the bottom of the page. You will be directed to the website of the Ministry of the Interior where you will authenticate with the CIE. At the end of this operation you will be automatically directed to the requested INPS service.
