Form: an app within the app.
With Kindertap forms you have the most advanced and integrated system at your disposal to collect all kinds of submissions: registrations, requests for time slot changes, modification of delegates, authorizations, holiday requests and surveys.
Each form is completely customizable: you can choose the fields that compose it, the rules on how it must be filled out. You can also define advanced visibility criteria, for example showing some parts of the form only if the user answers certain questions in a certain way.
With the forms you can collect all kinds of information: personal data, attachments, acceptances and any other useful data.
Electronic signature and 100% legal validity
If you collect sensitive information (e.g. delegates for withdrawal) or the acceptance of particular clauses (e.g. regulation) it is advisable that the user's submission is unassailable.
For this reason you can rely on the advanced electronic signature via OTP, to give the submitted forms full legal value according to the European eIDAS regulation.
Access the form via link or in the app
Users (parents or employees) can access the forms via a public link - i.e. accessible to anyone - or a private one.
Alternatively you can allow access only to registered users, who will be able to access the compilation through the internal menu of the app.
Automated admission rankings
Set up the registration form and connect the admission ranking. As you collect registrations, Kindertap will calculate your ranking. Thus, at the end of the period, the ranking is ready for publication.
The rankings can be defined in a personalized way down to the smallest details, with filters (for example to include only resident users in the ranking), priority criteria and scoring (for example based on family status).
Notifications for school and users
If you want to notify the staff when a user fills out a form or you want to send the user a copy of the data entered, you can activate notifications, via email or messages within the app.
Notifications are also sent to users who have filled out the forms requiring electronic signature, but who have not yet completed the signing process.
Export form data and admission rankings
In addition to being able to consult the data within the app, all forms and admission rankings can be exported to Excel or PDF.
In this way the aggregate analysis of data or the refinement of rankings can be carried out with maximum flexibility.
